Update various definitions for correctness

Affected regions are ca_ab, kr, and cl. Please see the CHANGELOG for more details.

New test format and updates to: au, tu

We now have a new format for definition tests! This is the reason for the major version bump. You can find more information about it here. This is another step in our mission to completely remove ruby code from our definitions. The next step will be removing ruby from the special methods. Work is underway!

In addition, the following regions saw updates:

• Turkey (tr)
• Fedex (fedex)

Fix small issue in 'index' file that caused generation issues

A small bugfix that resolves the naming issues of two regions in the 'index.yaml' file. No other outward changes.

Update lots and lots of definitions!

Sorry for the delay on all of this! Thanks go to everyone for being so patient, I really appreciate it.

Here are the changes:

• Enhance France definitions
• Correct and enhance German definitions
• Enhance Portuguese definitions
• Add Malta definitions

• Use Orthodox easter calculations in appropriate regions
• Add Russian definitions

• Enhance US definitions (lots of individual US states!)
• Update South Australian definitions

Update :ca tests for correctness

Unfortunately due to our current setup it is possible for definitions/tests in this repository to appear 'valid' but only fail when we run them in the actual ruby holidays repo. This is a known issue (#42) and needs to be addressed.

In the meantime, this is a bugfix release to ensure we can release v5.6.0 of the ruby repo.

Fix 'fedex' error in 'day_after_thanksgiving' custom method

Update NYSE, AU, KR, and VI definitions

• Update NYSE to fix observed NYD
• Use native language for KR
• Use native language for VI
• Update AU definitions for accuracy
• Update KR definitions to include lunar holiday calculations

Updates Australia and Vietnam defs

Updates the following regions:

• :au - corrects holidays for certain regions
• :vi - reports holiday names in Vietnamese instead of English, adds 1 additional holiday (Giỗ tổ Hùng Vương)
