Still WIP. Will include data sets:

that show we can decorate Jurkats with mouse OT-I TCRs
when decorated they can specifically recognize SIINFEKL-pulsed MC38B
relative to OT-I TCRs, we can relatively measure arbitrary TCR reactivity using Promega's kit


          add initial data sets from the T cell bioactivity assay
