CSS Frameworks

We use CSS frameworks to make long term project standards easily managed by multiple people. That way, if the original developer is no longer working on the specific project - anyone else on the team can jump in and know what to expect. The preferred framework is Ginger Grid by Factor1 staffer - Eric Stout.
It's super rare that we would have a project that wouldn't need/use a framework. If there is that one special case, then we need to address that at a high level with lead development and project management.
Feel free to open an issue if you find mistakes, enhancements, or would like to see some new documentation.
