Fix to make the chimeric junction file an optional output

v1.0.1

Initial release of eggd_staraligner, which aligns RNA fastq files, producing a BAM file. It also produces a chimeric junctions file (if appropriate opt_parameters are set), which can be input to tools such as STAR-Fusion to allow the detection of gene fusions.
