Version 2.3.1
Version 2.3.0
At long last, Epichrome 2.3.0 is here!
This version has been completely rewritten for full compatibility with macOS 10.15 Catalina, including accessing the system microphone and camera from within apps and interacting with AppleScript. A new built-in engine has also been added using the Chrome-compatible open source Brave Browser to allow more app-like behavior, including better link routing and custom icons on desktop notifications.
There are many, many more important changes in this release, so please check out the readme and changelog.
Note: Epichrome is now distributed as an installer package rather than a DMG due to changes in how app engines are handled.

Version 2.2.4
Fixed problems with macOS Mojave. Apps should now run smoothly and route links to the default browser correctly (even if it's Chrome), without the long delay users had been seeing. Apps should also be less prone to losing their icons and dock names (though some users are still reporting seeing this).
Version 2.2.3
This version fixes a problem with the cleanup process that was causing high CPU usage and makes minor changes to the self-updating process which should avoid some problems on systems with multiple versions of Epichrome installed.
If you are updating from version 2.1.20 or earlier, please read the notes in the README! Starting with version 2.2, there are some important changes in how Epichrome works.
Version 2.2.2
Fixed a bug that was causing Epichrome and its apps to silently fail to check for new versions on github.
Starting with version 2.2, Epichrome's underlying architecture has changed significantly to allow it to work with Chrome 69, which has added much stricter security.
Please read the notes in the README! There are some important changes in how Epichrome works.
