Release 1.0.0

This is the full initial release of the MauiNUnitRunner package. It contains no functional or code changes from the pre-release version. Only updates to the README were made for this release. This version has been sanity tested on Windows, Android, and iOS but per the license is provided as-is.

Future updates will follow semantic versioning such that major versions will contain some sort of incompatibility or large refactor, minor for feature additions and enhancements, and patch for bug fixes. Pre-releases of any version will contain a suffix and will only generally occur when major changes are made.

Release 1.0.0-pre1

This is the initial pre-release of the package to be published to nuget.org. This release contains a minor style update to the run button and other updates in preparation to being published to nuget.org

Release 0.2.0-pre

This release follows the previous release with the base features working as described in the project's README. This release contains several bug fixes and enhancements for use on platforms other than Windows. The overall build and packaging has also been simplified. The library has been tested on Windows, Android, and iOS so has a high confidence in working in the base cases. It may still contain some platform specific bugs.
