1. Meeting Details

2. Agenda

• 2.1 Review Requirements page and clarify any ambiguous points.
• 2.2 Read the customer feedback and correct the wiki page and requirements accordingly.
• 2.3 Review what has been learned in PS hours and go over the project description.
• 2.4 Prepare three draft scenarios for specific actions.
• 2.5 Brainstorm about different mockup ideas.

3. Discussions

• 3.1 Revised the feedback, fixed some minor problems and opened issues for time-consuming ones.
  • 3.1.1 README.md should be updated by adding individual photos of team members.
  • 3.1.2 The communication plan should be enlarged.
  • 3.1.3 The names of team members should be written under/on the photo.
  • 3.1.4 Glossary should be elaborated.
  • 3.1.5 Functional requirements should be divided as user and system requirements.
  • 3.1.6 Non-functional requirements should be enlarged.
• 3.2 Went through the arranged customer meeting and its documentation, we had answers to all of our previous questions.
  • 3.2.1 İbrahim Özgürcan Öztaş and Taha Eyüp Korkmaz had scheduled another meeting and Gürkan Demir had documented the answers before the meeting.
• 3.3 Looked over the mockups from previous year and took notes about how we should progress in mockup preparation process.
• 3.3 Created three different personas.
• 3.4 For each persona, we assigned specific actions that differ in every scenario to show various aspects of our project.
  • 3.4.1 Draft user stories and personas should be improved with the collaboration of assigned team members.
• 3.5 Assigned different team members for Android and Web Development mockups.
