2. Agenda

  • 2.1 Read Assignment1 and assign group members for every task.
  • 2.2 Go over our Milestone documents and recall what has been done during previous semester.
  • 2.3 Divide the team into three groups: Mobile, Frontend, Backend.
  • 2.4 Get to know our newcomer Cemal Aytekin and get his opinion on our previous work since he has a different point of view.
  • 2.5 Find a suitable time slot for weekly meetings.

3. Discussions

  • 3.1 Went over previous years' Milestone reports:
  • 3.2 Assigned team members for revising and updating requirements, mockups, design and project plan.
  • 3.3 Decided to meet at 16.00 every tuesday for weekly gathering.
  • 3.4 Assigned the members to their desired development groups such as backend/frontend, also gave a week to search and determine for those who couldn't decide on which group to join.
  • 3.5 Determined roughly what to put in project plan and how to proceed during this semester.
