1. Meeting Details

2.1 Read Assignment1 and assign group members for every task.
2.2 Go over our Milestone documents and recall what has been done during previous semester.
2.3 Divide the team into three groups: Mobile, Frontend, Backend.
2.4 Get to know our newcomer Cemal Aytekin and get his opinion on our previous work since he has a different point of view.
2.5 Find a suitable time slot for weekly meetings.

3.1 Went over previous years' Milestone reports:

3.2 Assigned team members for revising and updating requirements, mockups, design and project plan.
3.3 Decided to meet at 16.00 every tuesday for weekly gathering.
3.4 Assigned the members to their desired development groups such as backend/frontend, also gave a week to search and determine for those who couldn't decide on which group to join.
3.5 Determined roughly what to put in project plan and how to proceed during this semester.
