Description

  • Add Hybrid section with local cluster on Outposts

Motivation and Context

  • This is to transition this over to blueprints as the first pattern with two more planned for this year
    • This has been updated to use AL2023 and also require users to supply the ARN of the Outposts rack since that is a hard requirement

How was this change tested?

  • Yes, I have tested the PR using my local account setup (Provide any test evidence report under Additional Notes)
  • Yes, I have updated the docs for this feature
  • Yes, I ran pre-commit run -a with this PR
