Description

• Remove outposts example

Motivation and Context

• It will be hosted here instead feat: Add Hybrid section with local cluster on Outposts aws-ia/terraform-aws-eks-blueprints#2008
  • There isn't anything overly specific to local clusters on outposts from a module perspective. So we'll reduce the amount of configurations we carry here and keep the content focused on the module, and move this example usage pattern over to the blueprints project
