Communication Channels

Communication is central to all meaningful collaboration and teamwork and it keeps a whole organization moving. We have used formal and informal channels for communication with each other.

• Formal channels to assign tasks and monitoring the work.

    • Issues: Assign the tasks to the members of the project.
    • The section "Projects": Monitoring the progress of the project and assure transparency in the project
    • Wiki: Documentation of the project but not only for the project's members.
  • Google Platform
    • Gmail: Email
    • Currents: Web forum
    • Meet: Online meeting
    • Google Calendar: Calendar and reminder for meetings.
• Informal channels for relaxed communication.

  • Slack: Business communication platform. It provides chat rooms, private groups, and direct messaging.
