Bachmann_Model_Quelle
A search to check for available Bachmann model was performed (see below).
In our search were found four SBML-Bachmann models in two different repositories, JWS Online and BioModels
- Model contained in supplement of original paper published in Molecular Systems Biology 7:516 ('original' 🎉 SBML-Model)
- The BioModels database, which is a repository of mathematical models of biological and biomedical systems hosts a vast selection of existing mechanistic models in standard formats. The search term 'bachmann' revealed 10-SBML-results, two of which contained the model for the Bachmann model could be identified:
-
2.1. Bachmann2011_JAK2-STAT5_FeedbackControl (🎉 BIOMD0000000347_url.xml (BIOMD0000000347))
-
2.2. Bachmann2011 - Division of labor by dual feedback regulators controls JAK2/STAT5 signaling over broad ligand range (🎉 Bachmann2011.xml (BIOMD0000000861))
A list of the additionally provided files can be found withon the pages of group 1.
- The JWS online database, which is giving access to curated models of biological systems, allowing the users to run these models in a web browser and providing assistance to manuscript reviewers by storing and curating kinetic models awaiting publication contained two sources for the Bachmann model
- 3.1 bachmann (🎉 Bachmann.xml)
- 3.2. bachmann2 (🎉 Bachmann2.xml)
- Search engine quest (google)
So additional SMBL-sources could be identified via search engine quest.
Check out how we compared the SMBL-files in the following article
