LOEP is an open source web platform developed using Ruby on Rails that aims to facilitate the evaluation of small and self-contained web educational resources, known as Learning Objects, in different scenarios and educational settings by providing a set of tools and technologies and supporting and integrating several evaluation models and quality metrics. The current version supports Rails 3.2 and Ruby 2.0.

LOEP is free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU Affero General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.
