Texas Coastal Nutrient Input Repository - Lavaca Bay

This release includes R project files used to:

• Develop GAMs used for estimating daily nutrient loading at 6 watershed sites
• Estimate effects of nutrient loads and inflow on estuary water quality
• csv files of daily, monthly, and annual nutrient loads with uncertainty

v0.1-beta - Texas Coastal Nutrient Input Repository - Lavaca Bay

Beta release includes:

• Modeled actual and flow-normalized nitrate and total phosphorus loads at six sites in the Lavaca Bay watershed
• Generalized Additive Models used to estimate constituent loads
• Model assessments and cross validation results
• Metadata
