Citizens is the required "main" plugin for BeautyQuests. It's needed to have NPCs for the quests.

WorldGuard allows you to create a new stage type: Find region

Vault gives you the ability to give money or permissions as end rewards of stages or quests.

Jobs you allows to enable a custom requirement: Job level
