4.3 release (#106)

  • Added Witness me and fixed #100. Can't test due to Vagrant issues.

  • Fixed WitnessMe kinda and commented it out. Also added Zap back in

  • Moved to Debian 10, deleted some old files, and commented out the targets due to a docker issue with Debian 10 and our set up.

  • Removing reload and cleaning up remnants
