Fix Artifacts
Nothing changed internally, just the configuration file which should fix artifacts.

Support Config File
- Merged RDR2FSR2 with CyberFSR2

There is currently a bug where trees (especially in low light or night) have visible white pixels and I currently have no idea what the cause is as the code base is fundamentally the same.

Vulkan Support Update
- Added support for Vulkan graphics API
- Removed DirectX hooks as they are not needed
Seems to be running fine and doesn't randomly stutter in Vulkan!

Feature Update
- Better method of patching GPU check and should now work on all GPUs
- No longer need to use EnableSignatureOverride.reg
There are still obviously some bugs but they are down to PotatoOfDoom to fix as I am not familiar enough with the FSR2.0 SDK or DLSS SDK.
Simply drag and drop the contents of this zip to your RDR2 executable directory.

I haven't tried this on a computer with an Nvidia card. Although, if you have a DLSS supported card its best to simply use DLSS.
