[Proposal]: change terminate() to raise a custom Exception containing information.

What new feature would you like to see?

The proposal is to add information in the exception raised by terminate. I am mainly thinking about the current tmpdir. This way this becomes possible:

try:
    results = my_job(...)
except QuaccException as e:
    attempt_restart(copy_files=e.tmpdir...)

A QuaccException custom class should be created for the purpose? I am not sure.
