After a recent fix was deployed Depot jobs are consistently faster than GH jobs (when run with 4 CPUs at least)
(and difference in quality of support from Depot vs GH couldn't be more chalk and cheese)
Let's move some jobs over to depot entirely
We can eventually move everything and then figure out how to safely un-enterprise our GH account
But this is a step on that road
