Pinning functionality in the create post modal

Adding pin post option in the create post modal in post screen under dashboard.

Describe the solution you'd like
The pin post modal should have a toggle button to enable pinning and unpinning post through the create post modal itself.

Additional context
you can take reference for the toggle button UI from the create organization modal.

@aashimawadhwa can you guide me once setting up this talawa admin on my local host s i am facinf some issues. I read the readme file and understood that for this talawa API is needed to be set on local host and was doing the same using docker but the docker image is taking a lot of time. So can you please guide me once what steps actually needs to be follwed.
