Placeholder value of 0.4 added in softwareengineerprogrammer@cb1adf8 - but we expect this value to be higher and should replace once we find an appropriate reference, per softwareengineerprogrammer#16 (comment)

Considering this resolved for now since interpolation has been extended up to 0.5 @ 600C. There is probably some marginal refinement of this number that could be done but any such work can be tracked in a new issue.
