Subproblem support

The most notable new features are NMscanData support for Nonmem's $SUBPROBLEM option, and an option for NMwriteData to only save columns to csv that will be read by Nonmem. The complete dataset can still be saved in an rds file that can be read by NMscanData. The release contains convenience features in addTAPD and fnExtension and a few bugfixes.

Automate time since previous dose

This release mainly features two new functions - addTAPD and NMexpandDoses.
