Kethane must be stored before it can be used by other parts. Tanks are available in a range of sizes. All tanks start empty and must be filled during the mission.
Once stored, Kethane can be consumed by other parts like any other fuel. Fuel routing for Kethane is similar to that of monopropellant, so fuel lines are not necessary.
