Release notes 3.4.2
Dear 2dx users
We are happy to finally announce the release of a new 2dx-version (3.4.2). The new version comes with a lot of bug fixes and new features, e.g. 2D difference mapping, quality evaluation utilities, full OSX-10-9 support and automatic image processing. Thus it is definitely worth to upgrade your 2dx installation now.
In case you observe issues with upgrading, discover nasty bugs when using 2dx or dream of a new feature, don't hesitate to submit an issue to our new bug-tracker under https://github.com/C-CINA/2dx/issues. We would very much appreciate discussing with our users on that platform.
The previous 2dx release was rolled out in April 2012. We decided to increase the release frequency of 2dx such that our users profit from the latest enhancements of our software more often. You can expect a new 2dx release every two months from now on. Again, do not hesitate to submit feature requests that facilitate processing of 2D crystal images.
