Team Variance

The team consists of one female and four males, two members are of Italian origin. Each member comes from a different background and has different experiences and values, but with a good level of compatibility between each other.

Project Costumer

An organization called Israeli Hope, their goal is to help new foreign students coming to study in Israel

The team has its own whatsapp group and will soon create a gitter chat for easier communication

Proper communication is vital to the success of the project, because it is what allows ideas to come to the real world.

No one will force his ideas on others, but will instead present them while considering other's opinions and ideas.
