Original PR: NovaSector/NovaSector#1119

About The Pull Request

Due to some weird quirk with how filters for these were working, the more times you used the drugs, the worse the screen filter effect would be, to the point of just not being able to see anything at all after using twitch like two or so times in a round.

How This Contributes To The Nova Sector Roleplay Experience

I want people to at least still be able to see anything while using this stuff, you know.

Proof of Testing

I forgot my screenies while testing it's over

Changelog

🆑 Paxilmaniac
fix: The screen filter effects for twitch and demoneye no longer get slowly worse every time you use them, so you can still see after using the drugs more than once.
