* Northstar: Adds a few lights and moves a single poster (#81643)

## About The Pull Request
What it says on the tin
The lights (circled in red) are mirrored in every floor since that
intersection was too dark. (not the one on the elevator itself, that's
only on the elevator)
(Nevermind I had to get rid of the light on the elevator)
