File Parameter Type

Workflow Parameters of Type file are special parameters in that the user interface has to present workspace files for the user to select.

The user interface should query the service for workspace files and present them to the user. The user should select the desired workspace file and the user interface should set the id of that workspace file in the value field in the Parameter of the Job
