CMGTools v7.0.1 (Phys14) from CMSSW 7.2.3

Bugfix release for some Heppy features, plus some Htautau updates:

• #263: fix precision of MT2 computations
• #264: fix to Heppy to run CMSSW before Heppy (and support files for running via crab)
• #260, #261, #262: H->tau tau updates

CMGTools v7.0.0 (Phys14) from CMSSW 7.2.3

Release used for Phys14 exercise, based on heppy_7_2_2_patch2 and CMSSW_7_2_3.

V5_18_0 Release, for legacy 8 TeV analysis in 5.3.X

This release contains updates for the 5.3.X legacy 8 TeV datasets:

• final electron regression and smearing
• muon momentum corrections
• quark gluon discriminator
  plus several improvements to reduce the size of the CMG Tuple

This release fixes the content of the CMGTuple, but we might have further V5_18_X updating the post-CMG part e.g. the root tools and python analysis, or adding more methods to access the IDs
