Changes:

We now use fully connected -> ReLU sequences, the original fully connected -> fully connected -> fully connected -> softmax cause weird values to propagate, resulting in incorrect inferences. This may be a result of the scale element being carried forward in the compute when the network is converted into the circuit form.
