countelm predicate counts the number of occurences of each element in a list.

Example:

?- countelm([a,b,d,s,a,d,s,a,d,d,d,a,s,d,s,a,a,d,b,s], O).
O = [[a, 6], [b, 2], [d, 7], [s, 5]] 

?- countelm([], O).
O = [].

family_relations.pl has simply definitions of family relations in the form of 
prolog predicates.
