The data used to train the model embedded with future GECCO v0.9.0. Sequence data and cluster coordinates same as v0.8.0, but gene coordinates have been updated to use newer pyrodigal version (v0.7.0 or upper), which patches a bug in the Prodigal penalization algorithm, therefore outputting different gene coordinates.
