Update Zarr Homepage 2

Made the following changes:

• Replace youtube iframe with jekyll tag #37
• Remove "recent posts" from main page #39

Thanks, @MSanKeys963. I think we should probably spend some more time on the features. e.g. having them clickable to send to a page that explains the feature, or a blog post, etc.
