Clearing your Home Assistant cache

Clearing Home Assistant is not as easy as you might think. But here's a guide.
- Navigate to the page
- Press F12 to open the Chrome developer tools
- Right-click the refresh button to the left of the address bar (not in the developer tools, but it needs to be open for this to work)
- Select the bottom option "Empty cache and hard reload"
Same as Desktop Google Chrome
- Navigate to the page
- Press Option+Cmd+E to clear the cache
- Press Cmd+R to reload the page

- Go to Home Assistant Settings
- Select "Companion" App (near the bottom)
- Select "Debugging" (at the bottom)
- Tap "Reset Frontend Cache"
- Open the recent apps menu
- Swipe away the Home Assistant Companion App in order to close it
or
- Force close the app
- Go to "Settings"
- Open "Apps"
- Select the Home Assistant Companion App
- Click the "Force stop" button
- Reopen the app
