* Fix ship count don't update when drop same ship type
* Web browser size auto stretch when not in game
* Some back-end changes

Old plugins from 3rd party may cause error. If it crash, please remove those plugin and wait for new version of that plugin. (or use old version of KCV before that plugin get update)
