ユーザー設定アピアランスのセンシティブを常に表示、画像を常に非表示、ダブルクリックして開く設定とデータセーバー、年齢確認ダイアログが無視されてたのを修正

Why

ユーザー設定は反映されてほしい

Misskey、Cherrypick、yojo-art全部の機能がバグってた酷すぎる
