  A fresh GitHub Actions workflow file has been incorporated and the old one discarded. This enhancement improves how our software is developed and maintained, exemplifying the commitment to adopt the latest technologies.

• Streamlined Workflow Rules
  The new workflow file has been carefully configured to execute a job called roave_bc_check using PHP version 8.1 on the ubuntu-latest OS version. This means only the most recent and secure versions of external software are used for our development.

• Refined Trigger Mechanism
  From now on, the workflow will only trigger upon push to the master branch, ignoring pushes to specified paths, thereby efficiently focusing computational resources.

• Adoption of External Actions
  Conveniently, our job uses existing actions provided by yiisoft, again saving developers time by not having to write everything from scratch.
