This project crawling data related to biochemical and uses knowledge graph to store the data.

The crawling folder contains codes crawling from websites.

The graph folder contains codes merging things together into a graph.

Firstly, datasets downloaded were used to merge things together and use neo4j for visualization.

Then algorithms about storing the graph and crawling were explored to find efficient methods to crawl and store data.
