First alpha version

Firse alpha release with the following assumptions

• The plugin assumes that you previously assemble your APK.
• You also have the com.android.application >= 3.0.1 plugin applied to your project.
• There is room for improvement like auto-collect artifacts or assemble APK when not present, will be covered soon.
