There are 2 ways to find out what it is:
- Open Keychain Access and select your certificate.
- Select File > Get Info and find the Organizational Unit section under Details. This is your team ID. The pass type identifier appears in the certificate under the User ID section.
There is a number of reasons that a pass is not getting added. Most common reasons are:

You are adding a pass from a non-https site. To bypass this, you can enable adding from http sites on your device. On device, go to Settings > Developer > Allow HTTP Services (under "PassKit Testing").

Your certificates are invalid. Did you follow all the steps for getting your certificates?
The easiest way to debug this kind of situation is by connecting your device to a mac and checking the console in xcode.
