Changelog:
Added ability to extract IFS and dump their components.
Fixed several bugs relating to search results where you could interrupt a download or change its result.
Fixed a bug where download all could get stuck at 99% after converting links.
Added ability to select results from search to download or grab instead of choosing all of them.
Added a context menu to check all and uncheck all search results.
Removed the 'trash' and 'show apps' icons, replaced with a right click context menu.
Re-used the app visualiser from install tab for use with the search list.
Improved the layout of UI.
