Describe the bug

We heard from converse that conversations.list() was only returning 100 conversations.

The issue did not exist on the commit here => https://github.com/xmtp/xmtp-react-native/tree/cv/listing-ios-works-6caee4a

It looks like it was introduced when we made the switch to libxmtp in react native 2 months ago, see branch here => https://github.com/xmtp/xmtp-react-native/tree/cv/listing-ios-broken-78f6f47
