To build and run all the servers 1. set the environment variables OSCARS_DIST - directory where sources are kept OSCARS_HOME - directory where the oscars runtime configurations will be 2. Check for template files in the following config directories authN/config/authN.yaml.template authZ/config/authZ.yaml.template coordinator/config/pce-configuration-template.xml resourceManager/config/resourceManager.yaml.template topoBridge/config/topoBridge.yaml.template wbui/config/wbui.yaml.template and copy/edit them to non-template versions 3. run mvn from $OSCARS_DIST mvn compile - just compiles mvn -DskipTests install - compiles, installs does not run tests mvn -Dmaven.test.failure.ignore=true install - compiles, runs tests but continues after errors and installs mvn install - compiles, run tests, installs 4. run $OSCARS_DIST/bin/stopServers.sh [dev|sdk|pro] ALL to start all the servers the output from the servers will be piped to $OSCARS_DIST/*.out 5. run $OSCARS_DIST/bin/stopServers.sh ALL to kill all the servers. start/stopServers can be used to start or stop individual servers with the params authN, authZ, api, coord, topoBridge, rm, stubPCE, connPCE, dijPCE, vlanPCE, nullAgg, lookup, stubPSS, dragonPSS, eomplsPSS, openflowPSS, PSS, notifyBridge, wnsbroker, wbui, ionui Currently all the tests are passed except for coordinator which requires the resource Manager and a PCE to be running. 7. Testing The following command in api/bin can be called to create, modify, query, list, setup and teardown reservations Use the -h switch to see the required arguments. The test programs log to their working directories, eg api/api.log. Test programs are also available in authN, authZ, coordinator and resourceManager
