This commit will update the hashing column lengths of AM_SERVICE_CATALOG, AM_API_SERVICE_MAPPING, AM_OPERATION_POLICY, AM_OPERATION_POLICY_DEFINITION;

This PR will add support to use sha-256 as the default hashing for following usecases
