Booting win8.x requires custom HAL extensions, which requires changes to the
CSRTACPI table.Additionally, modified ArmPlatformPkg BDS to set up
\efi\boot\bootarm.efias an additional default boot path (to be more standards compliant, makes it easier to boot WinPE).
