Axo: Add support for card icons in the Block Checkout and add card type limiting for both block and classic checkouts (3783)

Description

This PR:

• Adds support for displaying card icons next to the label title in the Axo Block Checkout.
• Adds support for card type limiting in the Block and Classic Checkouts.

Steps to test

• Test various combinations of the Show logo of the following credit cards setting in ACDC settings and make sure the icons are displaying correctly in the Block Checkout with Fastlane enabled.

• Test both the ACDC and Fastlane block integrations.
• Test for both the Block and Classic Checkouts with Fastlane the ability to disable card types:

• Test the Ryan flow, and make sure the Change card displays (in the title label) and works correctly.
