Describe the bug:

Unable to open the programs filter.

This seems to be a compatibility issue between WC and WP as several recent versions of WC have had this issue for WP < 6.1.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Setup a WP version < 6.1
  2. Go to the Programs tab of the Reports page.
  3. Click on the programs filter.

Expected behavior:

Kapture.2023-03-07.at.18.16.25.mp4

Actual behavior:

Kapture.2023-03-07.at.18.17.21.mp4
