リリース手順(覚書)

• buildテスト
• CMakeLists.txt中のLOOPER_VERSIONを更新
• README.mdのHistoryを更新
• doc/index.mdを更新
• すべてを commit、再度テスト
• masterブランチの先頭に xx.yy.zz のタグを付ける
• push
• sh release.z xx.yy.zzで配布ファイルを作る
• githubのリリースページを作成。配布ファイルを添付
• gh-pagesブランチのindex.htmlのHistoryを更新
