Theme customization

Presently, these customizations are support within Shiro from the "Appearance" -> "Customize" section:
- Site name
- Site icon (favicon)
- Input for numerous interface strings (Menu, Languages, Search, etc.)
- Header donate button controls
- Enabling RTL support
- ARIA support text
- Modal support
- Search page text
- 404 error page text
- Footer logo and text
- Profile listing pages text
Most other customizations can be made directly within pages using the block editor.
