Added body and hr elements to css, mostly for inheritance
Added new channel and message elements; not sure which version of Slack introduced these elements
Added button styles
Added toolbar container class, increased priority of placeholder text color, and applied text color to file names
Styles for threads and All Threads view

I added styles for threads and the All Threads view. This resolves issue #89 Additionally, I have included some minor fixes for visibility (e.g. file names, buttons), body style since so many new elements inherit from body, and specific styles for miscellaneous elements added in recent Slack updates.
